Boarding the Train Customers requiring assistance should make reservations using the ACES hotline (877-326-7428). Elevators are available at stations to transport customers between train level and street level areas. Upon request, ACES conductors or a member of the crew will assist any customer needing assistance on or off the trains. Bridge plates are available at all high and mini high-level platforms. These plates bridge the gap between the platform and the train for safer, easier boarding and disembarking. Priority Seating The wheelchair-accessible seating is located nearest to the train car entrance. This area is designed and designated to provide easy access for people with disabilities, including those using mobility devices. The ticket cost for this area is the same as a coach fare.
